This publication is the third under the theme, "electronic commerce initiatives of ESCAP", the objective of which is to facilitate the integration of the vast amount of work done on procedures, documentation and codification of information to simplify commerce with the equally vast array of electronic commerce technologies and services that seek to support change initiatives.
