This bibliography, compiled by the ESCAP Library in 1994, indexes national economic development plans and progress reports received by the library from 1968 to 1994. It serves as an updated research directory covering the specific strategic planning document holdings of 34 countries and territories within the Asian and Pacific region. While the collection is explicitly noted as non-exhaustive and contains older historical materials, the library continually works to expand its coverage to remain representative of all regional members. The entries comprehensively track iterative socio-economic frameworks, such as five-year national plans, translation drafts, annual growth surveys, and technical project annexes submitted by state planning commissions.
