Abstract

Explains the ATP Agreement, its standards, certification documents and enforcement arrangements, and presents a project to develop equipment-certification centres for transporting perishable food in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan.
